With over seven years of experience in the modern mental health system, guiding patients through life’s ebbs and flows while providing direct behavioral interventions. My journey took a pivotal turn, leading me to explore further and embrace spirituality and plant medicine, reconnecting us with our ancient roots of healing.

Having experienced the transformative benefits of holistic practices and sound healing for my well-being, I now share this gift with others through sound frequency and vibrations.

By harnessing the power of sound, I create a nurturing space where healing can occur, facilitating deep transformation and restoration.

In addition to my extensive training in Mental Health, I hold certifications in Reiki Levels 1 and 2, Ancient Egyptian Reiki Energy, Ho’oponopono, and as a Ceremonialist. As an Energy Mindset and Empowerment Coach, I leverage my diverse training in Microdosing/Plant Medicine, Person-Centered Planning, Intuitive Development, and Energy work to help individuals unlock their inner wisdom and achieve true empowerment.
